Continuation course from 12 years

Abolish gravity
The Acrobatics & Trampoline course is for you who want to focus on different types of acrobatics. The course includes training in trampoline, floor acrobatics, dance acrobatics, vaulting and handstands. The acrobatics course has access to a tumbling floor, a jumping pit and two trampolines.
Age: from 12 years, no upper age limit.
City: Stockholm
Price: SEK 2 629 for 12 classes in Northern Europe's largest circus hall.
Botkyrka residents under 20 have a 600 SEK discount on our term courses in Alby.

Experience needed
You can start the Acrobatics & Trampoline course without previous experience. Still, you need to know some basic things: somersaults forward and backwards, cartwheels and, maybe, handstands against a wall.
When you have taken part in the acrobatics course for a couple of semesters, you can move on to the even more advanced Acrobatics & Trampoline Step 2.
Acrobatics & Trampoline have no upper age limit.

Acrobatics
Acrobatics is one of the cornerstones of circus and contains many different disciplines. However, when we refer to acrobatics in the courses, we usually mean doing somersaults, handstands and performing various tricks on the floor.
