Training Without Training
The beauty of circus is its adaptability. In our teambuilding activities and workshops, we draw on this adaptability of circus arts, shifting the focus from the physical to the mental. Circus performers may be akin to elite athletes, but our art form is equally about creativity, collaboration, presence, and courage. These are not traits we are born with—they are something that can be practised. We teach the brain new patterns and approaches through movement, ensuring that everyone can participate and benefit.
But what does that look like in practice?
We invite your team to Northern Europe's largest circus hall in Alby, Stockholm. Together, you'll try out the circus disciplines, partner acrobatics, balancing, and juggling. We'll work on the group's creativity, collaboration skills, and presence. We'll see each other, laugh together, and face challenges. You can expect to leave the workshop with new insights, fun memories—and maybe even a new party trick up your sleeve.
We take in groups of 20 people or more and are experienced in working with participants of all ages and physical abilities. Our workshop is designed to be inclusive, focusing on what you find most enjoyable and promising to challenge the boldest while ensuring that even the sceptic shines.
Size matters
All teambuilding workshops are unique, but if you need to show your finance manager something, you can start from the packages below.
Smaller
During a three-hour half-day session with our circus pedagogues, you'll get help to go outside the box. We'll engage in collaborative games, try the circus disciplines, partner acrobatics, balancing, and juggling, and conclude with a grand finale.
The smaller package includes one fika break. Pricing starts at 36,000 SEK.Large
During a full day with our circus pedagogues, you'll get help to go outside the box. We’ll engage in collaborative games, delve deeper into the circus disciplines, partner acrobatics, balancing, and juggling, and finish with a grand finale.
The larger package includes lunch and two fika breaks. Pricing starts at 60,000 SEK.
