The course contains

  • Acrobatics

Acrobatics is one of the cornerstones of circus and contains many different disciplines. However, when we refer to acrobatics in the courses, we usually mean doing somersaults, handstands and performing various tricks on the floor.

    Partner acrobatics

In partner acrobatics, two or more people collaborate in lifting, balancing, throwing and catching each other. We call those who lift "undermen" and those who are getting lifted "flyers".

    Juggling

Juggling can be throwing balls or clubs into the air and balancing feathers or sticks with plates on the body. Many jugglers call themselves object manipulators.

  • Tightrope walking

There are many different types of lines, ropes and wires you can walk on: high, low, tight or slack. Many use long poles to help maintain balance. Balancing on a rope is often combined with acrobatics and dance.

    Aerial acrobatics

An aerial acrobat performs tricks using, for example, a trapeze, rope, ring or silks. The tricks can consist of swinging, balancing and moving between different poses.
