What is hair hanging?
Hair hanging is a discipline that belongs to the category of aerial acrobatics. The artist is suspended in the air by their hair while dancing/performing acrobatics. A single hair strand breaks easily, but together, the hair on the head can support between 5,600 kg and 8,400 kg – despite this, practising hair hanging still hurts.
